Walnut Keeper's Journal, 07 March 2020

The water weight is starting to come off. I lost 10 lbs. of water in January by eating no added sugar and have kept it off, surprisingly. For the month of March, I’m drinking one gallon of water per day plus now tracking calories. Let’s see if I can keep it up.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 182.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tracking works, expect to make adjustments once you figure out how many calories you are consuming. Scales aid accuracy...
