I survived Thanksgiving weekend but then fall apart towards the end of the week. This resulted in a weight gain. I was trying so hard to lose a pound/week. I'm committed to this challenge and still have five weeks to turn this around. It's going to be tough since I also have two weekends trips scheduled: Radium and Oklahoma City.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
