Made it to bed early last night and even avoided the wine my wife bought. I'm trying to avoid empty calories and white zin is loaded with them. Got up early today only to weigh in with a disappointing half-pound gain. Mark it up to normal fluctuations and those two pieces of sesame chicken I could have gone without.
