Progress...havent logged in a while. I logged so I dont "fool" myself...this is normally when self sabotage happens. I dont see the kind of physical change that I expected.🤨
187.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
