Still no weight loss. In the past I used to have to workout 1-2 hours 5 times a week extremely hard in order to lose weight. I know I need to do more vigorous exercise, walking isn't going to cut it.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
