I'm back on phase one to regain my control. I actually lost 4 lbs since I had gained another pound after my weigh in last week, so I am happy. I really just want to watch the numbers creep closer to a 1 in the hundreds place. I cant remember the last time I was under 200. It might have been middle school! Isnt that depressing!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe your husband can go on the diet with you...that would make it a lot easier. Your chart shows a steady angle down! That's whats important:)

It may sound depressing to you right now, but it'll just be that much more thrilling when you hit your goal!! You just keep on doing what you're doing and making that little blue line go down. Just DON'T QUIT! :-)

Don't think about the past and what you weighed in your former life. Today is today and each day you're taking a step towards a healthier you. Imagine yourself at a comfortable weight and remember how that makes you feel. You'll get there!
