I didn't lose anything this week, but my average calories were 1750/day. It turns out I might only be burning 1800/day... did a calculator and found this. maybe the case...
173.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

PS - The online calculators almost always overestimate both calories required and calories burned
