WELL I'M BACK AND IN THE PAST YEAR AND TWO MONTHS I'VE GAINED ALL MY WEIGHT BACK PLUS SOME AND I FELL REALLY BAD ABOUT IT ALL AND MYSELF. SO, HERE I AM AGAIN.
MY DR. IS HOUNDING ME AND I JUST WON'T LISTEN??? A FRIEND SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO HIT BOTTOM SOMETIMES TO START CLIMBING BACK UP...TODAY IS STEP ONE ON MY WAY BACK UP.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
