Day 45 (Week 6): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 1 Cruise to Lose!
Good Morning!!! Smooth sailing to all! I hope this day finds all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples all well and working towards your fantastic healthy goals!!
Old Man Scale is grumpy this morning :( I am making myself record the gain. It's only 1.5lbs but I hate feeling like I am slipping backwards. I have been doing the right things this week so I am sure it is simply a normal upfluct. We shall see as the week goes on. It MIGHT even be muscle but I doubt it. I have not done enough strength training this week to justify that theory. I really would like to drop this week so I don't let the BWW down!
Checked out Yoga on the Wii last night. I was duly surprised. I enjoyed the poses and was not disappointed as I feared I might be. My yoga class still has a beauty of its own I will not give up, but the Wii is nice for in between days. I did 21 minutes of Cardio, 9 of yoga and 10 of balance.
I ate well yesterday though not all that much volume; it was more of an all day graze, but mostly healthy stuff (the brie and puff pastry could have been healthier.)
Tonight after my two MK parties I will do strength training on the Wii as well as Balance and possibly some cardio.
So I guess I have to give up the 18 lb mark but I will be back there in a few short days, I am sure! I WILL get back in the 240s again and I WILL drop to 248 or below to keep plugging towards my goals.
Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 3.5, 3.5!!! from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!) Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 15 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h!) Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain wait, I will LOSE!!!)
