Not bad for a couple of weeks of cold and no workouts - just walks
122.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you. Last year was a struggle. Just get frustrated when can’t do some proper exercise.
