I was saying it's slow but it's moving. Yep, I know I haven't been working really hard at it, but it is always in the back of my mind to do better and make better choices. I've been making attempts at exercising more..or at least being more active and most certainly staying away from junk..though I did have 2 chocolate bars recently. I know I will get there if I keep this mindset so I am not worried about the snails pace I am moving. When I started this journey this time..and this finally time, I was 194 almost 195, that means that I have lost 5ish pounds..and it is pounds not water weight..yeah it is nothing in the scale of things but you know it puts a smile on my face that 3 weeks later I am 5 pounds less. not everyone can say that...
190.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
