Here are 3 pictures of me...one when I was about 16 years old and feeling self conscious about my big ass and thighs (I should have known then how really huge I would become!), then there is the most appalling picture I have ever seen of myself, from 2008...so this may not have even been at my all time high, but absolutely appalling...and then there’s me last October in Spain.

I thank God, my lucky stars and modern medicine every day for my sleeve!

185.0 lb Lost so far: 104.0 lb. Still to go: 25.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Only a wise person could post these picture, and have these thoughts. Good on you for understanding you, and what you are going through from the past to the present. I hope I can hold some of that wisdom the next time I look at pictures of myself.
