It’s official. I’m out of my 200s. After 5 years. Still gotta keep on going!! 74 more lbs to go!!!

And this week I ate 1500 calories per day instead of 1200. It was an experimentation week. Excited to know if I cheat even a little one week... as long as I’m under my RDI I can lose weight!!!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1025 kcal Fat: 39.18g | Prot: 82.76g | Carb: 89.66g.   Breakfast: Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Cumin, Turmeric (Ground), Chili Powder, Gourmet Garden Garlic Paste, Natural Sea Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillet, Zoodles. Dinner: Fiber One Chewy Bars - Caramel Nut, Boiled Egg, Wheat Bagel, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Mentos Chewing Gum Pure Fresh, Nestle Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix, Cream Cheese, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Mint Fudge. more...

Crazy isn't it? At 1200 calories, you can lose about 2 pounds per week, that means 8 pounds a month and 96 pounds a year! I think that you are doing great! Onederland is one of the greatest accomplishment of my life. Once you get to your goal weight, it is alot more rewarding! You will see!

Yeah super exciting! Thanks for the support! I'm kinda sorta really shocked I was able to get to this point.. I can't tell when I look in a mirror, but at least other people can!
