back from 3 days at conference site that made healthy eating a challenge at best. fortunately it also had great access too fitness facilities. I brought it back in line 3rd day to limit impact. hopefully 142.something is my new high for February. working on bringing the monthly mean down 1 pound a month.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
