Well, I havent been doing anything much besides the usual no whites. I have not yet stopped drinking alcohol which I know is a no no for me. I am not happy with my progress but I am also not disappointed to the point that I will give up. I do recognise how I sabotage myself. :(
191.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
