Just weighed yesterday 240 pounds, then again this morning 240 so no change yet but I will keep at it. I am sure the pounds will start coming off shortly.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
