Nothing much to report. Lots of time at the rink. Good news is my son made the AAA team, so it's nice to have that behind us. It will be a good year for him again this year, I think!
210.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
