First goal weight met!!!
Now to set a new goal!
160 is next! Then I’ll plan to hold steady .

Staying away from pasta, breads and refined sugars as much as possible.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
