It feels pretty amazing to see those 70s again! It's a strange journey and I'm always surprised at the different thought processes, ups and downs, strong days and weak days. I have never given up, even when it is harder. I fail, but I move forward eventually!

Well done! I agree with seeing the 70s is a great feeling. I didn't have a great week with one-day in particular where I couldn't stop eating, I am blaming hormones for that day.

Mum to 3, I completely understand that! I used to give myself one day a month where it was built into my 'plan' to eat whatever on that day. I know my hormones play havoc with my eating and it meant I didn't have to contend with guilt on top!
