Hello all, my first weigh in in almost a month, survived traveling to the East Coast for work while in maintenance. Stay encouraged FS fam 💪🏽
168.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
