Under 210 for the first time ... I think it might even be for the first time since I was in University, but I am not sure.

2/3 to my first goal. I was hoping to be there before Christmas, and at this rate, I should be able to get there.

Onward and upward
209.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
