Over 1000 jobs were cut in my industry this week by iheartradio. There were less than 6000 full time jobs in the country for full time air talent even before the cuts. I didn't realize what that would do to me psychologically, as I've been without a full time job for over a year. I lost nearly all control of my eating this week as a result. I'm trying to get back on track, but it's so freaking hard! I don't really have any other coping mechanisms.
324.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 145.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love stretching...there is prayer stretching (Google it) if you are into that. Your whole body feels better. (SoulCore or Pietra if you are Catholic). I have extreme financial instability and have stress from it too. The stretching DOES help and can be done at various stages of ability. I started without bands and now use resistance bands with more reps. I hope this is an idea you can use...if not...I truly hope you find a calming, centering influence that helps. :0)
