two week run. needed to lose two pounds. last week was mlt birthday. she had three birthday cakes. prob would not have made it but had a cold and took claritan d 12 for three days. this week is an opportunity to get back to tracking and focus on skipping sweets and using food as fuel not comfort. you can do it. tracking is the secret. add some walking and biking.
