I know the only way I am going to keep my weight off when I get to goal is to count points for the rest of my life. I will also have exercise a lot and weigh myself every few days. Once I see the weight going up, I will need to take it off straight away. I try to eat most of my flex points, because the more you eat while losing, the more you can eat to maintain. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it to get off the diet train, lol!
