Australian 50 years old, 3 children still at home...mostly, the 21 year old goes away most week-ends + a 16 year old and a 19 year old. 2 learner drivers in the house at the moment .....eeeeerrrrr.One wonderful husband , 1 elderly mother who needs to be taken to doctor's appointments, 1 nearly full-time job primary school teaching.Life can be very busy and needs great organisation and mobile phones that work. Have joined Curves and have decided to eat healthily rather than "diet" or count WW points obsessively. We will see if the theory works in a month when I weigh in with Curves again.I have dieted on and off much of my adult life and I want to develop a healthy pattern rather than artificial counting etc.

Best wishes Rachel. WW has also been excellent for me. It's about life long learning and choices with support, which is what maintaining is all about. Marg

=)
Just be careful about weighing everyday. So many fluctuations can happen. Does the disappointment of not going down one day, or even going up, depress you. Then that wouldn't be a good incentive.

Hi Weight Watchers followers out there. I thought it was about cointing points re. food and exercise and not calories. Much simpler I think. Is USA Weight Watchers different?

I agree with redone750 and Adrienne. Try and eat your points everyday. Are you having enough dairy?
