I’m in shock🤷🏻‍♀️
I guess not eating as much pasta, sugar, white potatoes and bread does help .

181.1 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

What diet are you on? Keto?

I’m not on any specific diet. I started a lifestyle change before my knee replacement this past November. I found out I was diabetic. I’m not starving. When I want sugar or anything that turns into sugar I eat it. It’s amazing how my body knows when it’s full. Plus, I go to PT x a week. That helps. My goal is to continue the machines I can do. Because of arthritis there is very few. But, I’ve been taught how to workout on them without hurting myself. Plus, I will continue stretches at home.
