I have looked up all high fiber foods. Can't have low carbs and high fiber, even with the keto diet. All the high fiber foods have high carbs.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It IS very hard to do without taking supplements or having an Atkins bar (Chocolate-Coconut one is 9g Fiber and only 2g carbs). Half of a small avocado is 4.5g Fiber and only 1.22 net carbs.

Some carbs food have high fiber ... avocado is a good one. But there are other veggies with carb content such as celery and spinach and broccoli and cauliflower and eggplant. You deduct the fiber for the net number. Chia seeds have a lot of fiber and few carbs (after deduction) so does many nuts and some berries like raspberries. Keep looking.

Ole extreme wraps (not that you want to go around just eating tortillas) but they have 50 calories, 5 carbs and 11 fiber- I believe. Too lazy to get up and check but I eat them all the time. Unsure how many carbs are too many for you but you can load it up with meat and it's delicious.
