Ok first week of More carbs needs adjustment. I see more fresh veggies in my future. If I’m truthful with myself I need to loose the daily alcohol to REALLY get with this program. Low carb was easy. Lots of meat and fat and greens. CICO work in progress....
188.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
