Haven't really had a chance to weigh in for a while; just have not been in the office regularly. If the pattern held, I should have lost a bit of weight from the consistent weight I had most of the week last week, and, the pattern held! Getting close to that 210lb mark, which means I am getting closer to that 200lb goal. Once there, I can set my sights on the next goal, which will be close to my "ideal weight"!

I am happy.

Onward and upwards
211.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
