well i'm finally back.. had a lot going on at home so i went to stay with my mom for a lil while.. i havent been doing atkins for the past two weeks.. i really feel horrible about coming back on here.. and seeing how well everybody is doing.. i dont really know wat to say, i'm disappointed in myself, for letting myself go for that long.. i mean i ate everything in site.. well not really but close enough.. i'm hoping to get back in track in the next couple days.. wish me luck guys
