Felt poorly, did not make it to the gym yesterday.
Had 2 medium boiled eggs for breakfast, a big salad with cottage cheese for lunch, and some stir-fried green beans with chicken livers and onions for dinner.
Drank a lot of water, took my vitamins.
One glass of wine an hour before bed.
Slept well even without the exercise.
