I only lost half a pound this week. Which is ok by me, as long as I didn't gain. I've already reviewed what I was eating this past week with previous weeks and apparently I have been eating too little, skipping major meals, and it has affected my weight loss. I just had no appetite this week so I wouldn't eat but now I think I know what I have to do to keep this weight loss going (more protein and fat)! Surprisingly I loss an inch and a half off my waist!!!!! I'm almost in the 20's and can't wait. Now my hips, are a whole other story.....
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sometimes even though the scales dont show a loss, it will show in the way your clothes fit...loosin inches is just as good as pounds...have a great day!!!

You are still doing great! Just look at that chart. But you are right - you HAVE to eat. Otherwise your body starts to think you are starving and it starts holding on to the weight in an effort to protect itself. EAT!! And you'll lose more!

Great job! On this diet sometimes people loose inches and not weight because they are losing fat and gaining muscle. Taking measurements is the only way to get reassurance of that! You should be really proud of that 1/2 lb. Going in the right direction! Keep it up!
