Another 3lbs down, boom!!
plus, I'm back down to my pre Ely pregnancy weight (now to carry on with the good work to my pre Auron pregnancy weight lol)
181.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
