Damnit.

How do you get over a stall that seems to be from a previous set point?

I was this weight for 3 - 4 years... well, this size at least... gauging on the fact that I can fit all my old clothes now.

I'm eating beef today... Perhaps my cravings of it is what my body needs.

Apple Cider Vinegar in my salad... and a healthy shot tonight before dinner.

Drink a bit more water than usual.

Smooth Move Tea.

I'd do a detox bath, but some have noted that they have gained weight from it.

Contemplating Benadryl to combat my allergies.. which I'm sure is causing some water retention.

If I'm still stalled tomorrow... I quit. Today is day 21.

The worst thing to do is quit. I get stalled constantly (was stuck at 290 for a month, now stuck at 270). I have found that jump starting the stomach works, by cheating. I "gave up" over a weekend when I was at 290, ate pizza on Saturday, hamburgers with buns on Sunday, then when I weighed Monday morning I was at 288. I think your body gets used to the lower food intake and stalls itself, then when getting other food back in it starts burning again.

I'm thinking the same thing about the added foods... which is why I think I will quit this phase tomorrow if I'm still stalled. While I am perfectly nourished during P2 with the lowers calories, I think my body still just loves food... so I cannot seem to do longer than 21 days of this phase. When I mean "I quit" I mean just this phase haha.. I have no intention of quitting overall on my weight loss. My pilates and martial arts trainer await me!
