Well, I was expecting a loss but this is a pleasant surprise.

And it's because I have stuck to my guns, made sure I get in enough water, tracked everything and steered clear of those nasty processed carbs.

Up and sprinting now.... let's keep at it!
268.7 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 70.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
