Well instead of a merry-go-round it's a teeter totter. I go up and down on this weight 2 lb up 2 lbs down. by recording what I've been doing it helps me to see what not to do. I did not eat late last night and when I had to have something with my pills I just had a couple egg whites. I can see that it's a bad thing when I go out to eat because everything is full of salt. Salt is my enemy. It is hard on my heart and on me holding water. It is good to watch the consistencies of what not to do. Seeing my cardiologist today.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
