Really happy with that.

Ok, so that's the solid beginning I need. Most of it is water weight I am sure but it's fine, I feel far less bloated so that's a good thing.

Onwards!
274.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
