Ugh, takes me forever just to lose a few ounces.

thank you everyone for your support. I get very depressed. between all the water weight and the steroids I feel hopeless sometimes

I tried to reduce the steroids even 1mg and my shoulders are flared and my elbows rich. I had to go back up. Lord help me
