Having a very difficult time staying on plan. Hungry all the time!! Nothing seems to help either.

Maybe up your excerise a bit and make sure your not eating to much salt and just retaining water. Also get your fiber in as that cleans out all the "extra" to put it nice that is siting in your body! Good luck!
