I track all my stuff on another site so I forget about this one-I am following my diet and exercise routine fairly well and I feel better than ever-so thankful that I have made it this hard because of ME-my determination, motivation and positivity that's how you get the job done!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
