started my diet on may 25,2019 at 355.0 after 2 car accident now on oct 25/2019
301.0 my diet is 1500 calories and walking almost 30 to 45 up daily to keep me going.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.0 lb a week
