Squats first back after groin rehab. 5x5 225 (90) bench 70, got it but barely made the 5 on 5. Longer rest next time but go for it. Rows 57.5
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week
