I was startled this morning by something that happened. In our office, it is a tradition that anyone who has a birthday brings in donuts or some other tasty treat. Usually, I cannot resist having at least one donut, but today I looked in the boxes, and not only could I resist, but I realized that I really didn't want one at all. They didn't exactly disgust me, but I had no appetite for one. That, my friends, is progress!

I over ate last night. My family took me out for a birthday dinner and I ate Chicken Wings like I use to ... and I paid for it! They *were* really good though, but I am positive that I can't eat that much now; so more progress!

No weight change today, and given yesterday, that makes me happy!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
