Had a 1 lb gain not happy but I can still handle it. Didnt really feel up for exercising today but thank goodness for my husband who convinced me I could do it, and I did, im thankfull he did as im sure I would've regretted it if I hadn't done them.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
