We went out to eat tonight with friends at PF Chang's. Their food is so good. I made myself the designated driver, ate vegetarian, and had boba tea for beverage. I'm proud.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
