Had the worst cold and barely did any walking this week. I did not keep track of calories either so this is the result of that.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m feeling better now, still congested and coughing some but not feeling as lathargic anymore. Thanks guys, I hope I can bounce back now!
