So I've been juice fasting and if I eat I eat omad and it's something healthy and before or after meal I drink some Bragg's vinegar diluted with water and tumeric. But yesterday I had the talapia and brussel sprouts and did my 5 miles walking. I'm just so happy with my results. My sister's losing weight too, I'm just concerned if I can do this the rest of my life. Right now im working to lose I know nothing of maintaining, I never have, never tried. It's crazy! 💚
