Omg 😳 how did this happen. So I was trying to do they don’t get on the scale thing. And I haven’t been on the scale for probably 34 weeks. Now I’m on here and it is 247 pounds and eight OK. I was on prednisone Which aided in gaining some weight back. But not all the weight back. I’m off now first day back on keto I am going to have some bacon and sausage and boiled eggs and probably some chicken wings for lunch and starting tonight at eight I go back to instant to mention fasting got a plan we’re going to do this. We got this!
247.8 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 117.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
