it's hard for me to eat proper in the winter. I stay hungry. I've been increasing my protein intake because that seems to suppress my appetite.
its hard for me to exercise as well. I'm lazy in the winter so I try to watch what I eat all together. I eat lots of salad with chicken, fish, or turkey. Some pork and no beef at all.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
