Realise I’m concentrating too much on macros (increasing protein/reducing carbs) and was ignoring fibre. Need to balance out diet.

You are right. Fibre is super important for good health.

It’s difficult reducing carbs and keeping fibre high enough! I’ve been aiming for 30g fibre, what is your target?

I’ve read that I should be consuming 25g. Not been anywhere near that for weeks!

Wow. I eat nearer 200g carbs. But I am old school! I need the energy and the 'bulk' to keep things like clockwork.

Oh yes, my bad! I think that some of the low carb/keto diets are as low as 50g so I was maybe thinking about that.
